The Card must be produced before payment for accumulation and redemption of points.Ģ9. Points earned within a calendar year will expire on 31 December of the following year, or upon expiry/termination of your Card, whichever is earlier.Ģ8. Alternatively, you may check your points balance by logging onto your member account at 27. Points available for redemption will be printed on your receipt. Points earned on any visit can only be redeemed at the next visit.Ģ6. Redemption of points starts from 8,000 points at any one time, and redemption is only valid upon presentation of the card.Ģ5. For payment by cash, VISA, MasterCard or NETS, double points (16 points) will be accrued to every $1 spent.Ģ4. Points Accumulation, Redemption and ExpiryĢ3. Upon renewal, the Card will be valid for another 2 years. Visited any Kuriya outlet at least once in the 6 months preceding the Card expiry date.Ģ1. Accumulated spending of over S$1,000 in the 12 months preceding the Card expiry date.ī. The Card shall be renewed automatically in the event that you have fulfilled any one of the following conditions:Ī. Upon termination or expiry, you shall not attempt to use the Card.Ģ0. Kuriya reserves the right to terminate any Card in the event of fraud, misuse, negligence or breach of any of the terms and conditions herein.ġ9. This Card is valid until 31 December of the following year (from the date application is approved), unless it is renewed.ġ8. Kuriya reserves the right to change any terms and conditions herein, without prior notice.ġ7. The Cardmember agrees that all information submitted during the application of this Card is accurate and true.ġ6. All approved, renewed or re-issued Cards will be sent by post to your last updated address in Singapore, unless otherwise stated.ġ5. An administrative fee of S$20 will be charged for the replacement of any lost, stolen or damaged Card.ġ4. Lost, stolen or damaged cards shall be reported to Kuriya restaurant or at 13. Kuriya shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage of the Card.ġ2. Kuriya reserves the right not to approve any Card transaction, for any reason that it may deem appropriate.ġ1. Kuriya reserves the right to amend or withdraw all or any of the benefits or privileges conferred by the use of the Card at any time, at our sole discretion.ġ0. This Card remains the property of Kuriya at all times. It may not be used for any illegal transactions.ĩ. You may only use your Card in the manner and for the purposes described in these terms and conditions.
This Card is not a credit card or charge card, and will not be accepted as a mode of payment for any goods or services rendered at Kuriya restaurant.Ĩ. All benefits offered by the Card are not applicable with other prevailing special offers, promotions or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.ħ. Kuriya Prestige Card must be presented before payment to enjoy all/any benefits accrued to it.Ħ. Kuriya shall not be responsible for any unauthorized usage of the Card.ĥ. Card members are responsible for ensuring the Card is kept safely and is not used by any other person other than that named on the Card.Ĥ. This Card is strictly non-transferable, and is for the sole use of the person named on the Card only.ģ.
By accepting or using this Card, you agree to accept and be bound by all terms and conditions herein.Ģ.
Your right to use the points on the Card is a limited right, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and applicable laws.ġ. Use of the Card is limited to the number of points held on the Card.
